I have chosen to fund the access for schools to support a vital part of good science teaching in schools. Technicians form a vital role in science Depts in supporting good teaching and enhancing the learning experience of pupils. Preproom.org offers a one-stop reference and support network for both technicians and teaching staff of various levels of expertise. The resources are readily accessible and I'm sure with time and increased usage the resource bank will grow and technicians will use the site not only as part of their day-to-day jobs, but if you can promote the training opportunities, also as a means to informing and supporting their CPD (continued professional development).

Had a good look at the site and I think its excellent easy to navigate, good, interesting and uncomplicated information not only useful to technicians but also helpful to teaching staff. Now I just need to get the funding for the subscription.
